Project deposits
Deposits reserve project time and may be non-refundable once work has begun. Specific terms are defined in your project agreement.
Recurring services
Monthly services (e.g. Website Care) can be cancelled per the notice period in your agreement. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already incurred are not refunded.
Advertising spend
Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is governed by those platforms and is not refundable by NextPage Digital Studio.
