Services
We provide website design, development, redesigns, upgrades, website care, and related services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in each project proposal or agreement.
Payments & recurring services
Some services are one-time and some are recurring (billed monthly). Recurring services require ongoing payment to remain active and may be paused or cancelled per the terms of your agreement.
Optional marketing & advertising spend
Optional marketing add-ons are separate from website pricing. Any advertising spend (e.g. Google Ads budget) is paid by you to the platform and is separate from our setup or management fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No guaranteed results
Marketing results vary by industry, market, competition, budget, offer, website quality, and customer behavior. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, or specific financial results.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any access or content needed to deliver the agreed services.
